The following rules apply for all events, workshops, sessions, and other

activities hosted by REVEAL Chicago, LLC.

• All attendees must provide proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours prior to the event. 

• Tests must be a COVID-19 viral test (nucleic acid amplification test [NAAT] or antigen test) with Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Self-tests (sometimes referred to as home tests) and rapid tests are acceptable as long as they are FDA-EUA approved viral tests and are accompanied by printed documentation of results.

• REVEAL Chicago will have proper face masks and hand sanitizer available upon entry.

• Wearing a mask covering the entire nose and mouth area is mandatory at all times.

• In the event that we have to reschedule any event, intensive, workshop, or project, all ticket sales will automatically be transferred over to the newly scheduled date.

• Students who are unable to attend a rescheduled event will be issued a refund by   contacting revealdancechicago@gmail.com.
